The Institute of Culinary Education has found a new way to kickstart their creative process long before the first vegetable is chopped. They’re using a cognitive computing system made by IBM researchers that can learn and even create in the way we humans do. So far the technology is being used to design more creative recipes, like the tasty Turkish Bruschetta this GIF is based on. But in the future, it could invent healthier recipes. Gluten-free recipes. More sustainable recipes. And countless new ways to make you go “yum,” “mmmmmm,” “soooooooo good” and “delish.”
